Oahu Family Photography & Fresh Lei
The Beall family was well prepared and came sporting their beautiful lei. I still marvel at how much love and time are necessary to make these lei. Fresh flower leis are the icing on the cake for family portraits at the beach in Hawaii!
Oahu Family Photography Challenges
Our running room was shorter than I expected because of the high tide. I love the challenge of photographing what is available as a documentary photographer. Through my adventures with my family, I often found myself in situations where I had no control over the conditions I was photographing. Quickly, I scoped out a section of the beach that was a little more secluded and had enough shoreline to get a variety of photos for these family portraits on the beach.
Sweet Fun in the Making
The Beall family was patient and flexible as I captured them making memories. They ran along the beach, splashed each other in the water, had a tickle fight, and laughed their way through the session. I love capturing families enjoying their time together because it gives a special spark to all their photos.

A Whole lot of Aloha
These were even more special as the Bealls fully embraced the culture here in Oahu and learned hula dance and ukulele. Truly they blossomed where they were planted! I am beyond grateful to have this business and clients that are such a blessing as these! We pray for the Beall family as they journey to their next adventure.
