Beach Family Photography in East Oahu
This particular day on the east side of Oahu was sunny, with rain clouds rolling over the mountains. The wind was so strong that it blew the rain clouds away from the turquoise beach, allowing us to play in the bright sand. This was a beautiful day for some outdoor family photos!

The challenge with every family photo shoot is to have fun AND get some great family photos! Young kids have a short attention span, but it is easier to manage emotions for family portrait photography if you understand how much they love to move. So we kept them moving and shaking!
Team Work Makes the Dream Work
This happy family was a joy to photograph! I love how Alyssa and Harrison worked together as a team. They were considerate of each other and kept a step and a half ahead of their kids’ attitudes. I also love how they played with each of the kids in the way they must play at home. And when all else fails, a good tickle fight makes fun family photos!
